Users with staff-level roles and permissions can access TrackTik through a web browser using the same credentials they use when accessing the system on a mobile device without the need for an onsite license.
Depending on their permission level, users can view their own reports, view patrol tours, employee and site notes, watch mode recordings, shift reports, and more.
For access to additional, site-specific features, the On-Site license feature can be activated. Please note that an On-Site license counts towards your license count, just as a mobile device license would.
On any web browser, users can go to their portal URL and enter the credentials they use to log into the mobile application.
Enter your portal URL in any browser.
- Enter your TrackTik user name.
- Enter your TrackTik password.
Even if a user does not have access to an onsite license, they will be able to use the following features.
Users will have access to the Operations Reports tab. The individual features they will be able to access will depend on their level of permissions.
To view a user's own reports, the user can:
- Hover over the On-Site tile.
- Select View My Reports
The user can then view a list of their own reports, and they have the option to filter the list.
- Filter by report template.
- Filter by reports with incidents.
- Filter by status (new, approved, verification or job pending).
- Filter by all or by reports to re-link.
- Filter by dispatch tasks or by patrol events.
- Filter by date.
- Filter by incident type.
- Filter by site or zone.
- Filter for closed accounts.
- Enter specific search terms to filter.

By clicking the My Profile tab, the user can see their own information, such as phone number, email address, and employee id.
If the user has the correct permissions to do so, they can also click on the Change My Password button to change their password.
By clicking on the schedule tab, a user can get their own scheduling information.
Schedule: The user's own schedule information for the sites they are assigned to.
Time Sheets: A list of timesheets for the user.
Shift Board: Any shifts that are assigned to the shift board at any sites to which the user is assigned.
