You can manually re-set the mobile application by tapping the top of the TrackTik Guard Tour application. This will allow you to reinstall the Guard Tour application and assign the device to a different zone or site.
Reset Device: Remove License
Tap the top part of the application 3 times rapidly to disassociate the license from the device.
Reset Device: Reassign the Device
- Enter your organization's URL.
- Enter the new installation code or continue to use the phone number if you transfered a device.
- Click on the [Install] button to reassign the device and complete the install.
Alternatively you can go into the device system settings under apps and reset the application data.
