Add detailed employee timesheets to invoices

Give your clients detailed employee shift information with their invoices.

Overview

The Details per employee timesheet can be included with your clients’ invoices, giving them more granular information regarding scheduled vs. clocked times and hours and hourly and total costs. You can select this report in your clients’ contracts to generate it automatically for invoices.

Before you start

Here are some things you must do before you start:

  • You will need the Billing module in Back Office Suite.

Add the Details per employee timesheet to invoices

To add the timesheet, go to:

  • Sites (Clients)
  • Select the site
  • Click the Contracts tab
  • Choose Create Contract
  • Enter the General information about the contract
  • Under Service Models, check the box next to Hourly Guarding
  • Under Hourly Billing Invoice Details, select Details per employee from the Include Timesheets drop-down menu.
  • Click Save

The detailed timesheet will be included with your client's next invoice. To add the timesheet to an existing contract, select the Edit button.
