Under the Other Site Contacts/Addresses tab, you can add additional contacts and alternative site addresses. This tab is handy if you would like to designate emergency contacts.
If you would like to add a contact that will later become an emergency contact, please ensure you add a phone number for that contact. For more information on emergency contacts, please refer to the following article.
To create a new contact, click the Create Contact button.
Fill out the fields to add the contact.
Use this address as bill-to address: Designate a billing address. Primarily for use with the billing module.
Company Name: The company name of the contact.
First Name: The contact’s first name.
Last Name: The contact’s last name.
Job Title: Job title of the contact.
Gender: The gender of the contact.
Phone (Main): Main phone number of the contact (required to create the contact and the emergency contact).
Phone (Other): Secondary phone number of the contact.
Email: Contact’s email address.
Address: The first line of the contact's address.
Address 2: The second line of the address.
City: The contact's city.
State: The contact's state.
Zip Code: The contact's ZIP.
Country: The contact's country.
Preferred Language: The contact’s language.
Status: Select Active or Archived.
Click on the drop-down under General Information to access additional fields.
Tags: Enter tags to enhance searchability.
Fax: The contact's fax number.
Website: Contact’s website.
Click the Save button to save the information.
