Add New Fixed Holidays

If a holiday is not available in the current TrackTik Holiday list, and/or if the holiday does not NOT fall the same month or on the same day each year, we now have the ability to add additional holidays. Please speak with your TrackTik representative to do so.

New Validation Of Recurrent Items When Closing A Site

A new warning validation has been added about Recurrent Items when closing a site.

The message is: 

# (of recurrent items) will have the same expire date as the site expiry date

You will see this message in the following scenarios.

  • If the recurrent Item Does Not have an expiry date:
    • We apply the site closing date to the recurrent item
  • If the recurrent item have an expire date after the site expire date:
    •  We update the recurrent item expire date with the Site closing date
Labeled Pay Codes
  • Under Settings > Pay Codes > Create New Pay Code > there is a new a new checkbox called “Is label”
  • Check “Is label”
  • A new dynamic checkbox field will appear called “Impacts Overtime”

Regarding the “Impacts Overtime” checkbox: 

  • If checked: The system will take into account the OT hours for shift(s), if the shift/position hours fall into OT hours
  • If NOT checked: The system will NOT take into account the OT hours for shift(s), if the shift/position hours fall into OT hours 
  • Click Save to save the new labeled pay code

Label Position(s) With A Pay Code Label

  • Go to Sites →   Site list →  Choose a site →  Positions →  Create/Edit position →  go to the pay setting →  Pay code Label.
  • You can now associate the pay code label with that specific position
  • Click on Save, the position now is labeled by the pay code.

All the scheduled shifts for this position, will have the position labeled pay code be default.

Label Shift(s) With A Pay Code Label At The Schedule Level

  • Go to Sites →   Site list →  Choose a site →  Schedule →  Prepare →  Select shift or more than one shift →  On the bottom panel, you will find a new button called “Add labeled paycode”

  • Click on it to label one or more shifts with paycode label 
  • This way, you can associate the created paycode label with one or more shifts
  • Click on Save

The shift now is labeled by the paycode.

  • You will find the same button at the Live Schedule level as well to allow users to label more than one shift in few clicks.
  • If the position has a labeled paycode, it will appear in the drop down list by default.
  • The yellow flag on the shift tile is to notify the scheduler that shifts have a paycode label.

Label Shift With A Paycode Label At The Live Schedule Level

To label a shift with a paycode label at the schedule level, go to Dashboards →  Schedule & Attendance →  Live Schedule →  Choose any shift and click on it →  The shift information will open →  Go to Time Approval → The new dropdown field called “Pay Code label”

  • Click on it, to label that shift with labeled paycode 
  • Associate the labeled paycode with one shifts.
  • Click Save.
  • The shift now is labeled by the paycode

When clicking on a schedule shift at the site/zone/dept schedule level, you can see the new “pay code label” drop down field.

Display Paycode Label at Payroll level

Payroll Summary:

If impacts Overtime is selected:

Go to Dashboard →   HR & Payroll →  Prepare Payrun →  Choose the payroll period → Details/Prepare → Summary →  “Labeled” column.

Go to Dashboard →   HR & Payroll →  Prepare Payrun →  Choose the payroll period → Details/Prepare → Summary →   Column called “Labeled”

Display Paycode Label at Payroll Level

In the payrun click on “By Employee” →   Column called “Labeled”

  • When an employee performs a Shift or works at a Position that associated with a pay code label, we’ll display how many hours he/she did as labeled in this payrun in the labeled column

Example: Employee worked 40h per week, 10h were labeled, the system will display them as follows:

  • REG: 40h
  • Labeled: 10h

The above screenshot shows the difference between when we checked “Impacts OT” or not.

By Account / Position

In the payrun click on “By Employee” →  Column called “Labeled”.

  • When a position is associated with a pay code label, we’ll display the number of hours for that position attributed to a labeled paycode in the labeled column

Example: Position has been worked 40h per week, 10h were labeled, the system will display them as follow:

  • REG: 40h
  • Labeled: 10h

We’ve added “Labeled” column when displaying payroll summary report, to show how many total hours were labeled during the payroll period, the same column as in “By Employees” & “By Account / Position” tabs.

We’ve added a “Labeled” column when displaying payroll detailed report, to show the paycode label name for each shift during the payroll period, the same column as in “Summary”, “Row Items”, “By Employees / Shifts” tabs.
