Sites: Account Notes

You can add notes about the customer and any customer interactions under Account Notes.

  1. Click the Account Notes tab.
  2. Add your notes in the text area.
  3. Click the Add Entry button.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see a list of notes you have entered.

  1. Use the drop-down menu to show or hide system-generated notes.
  2. Export a list of notes using the Options button.
