Overview
As an administrator or supervisor, you can decline a security guard's reassignment request.
Declining a reassignment request
To decline a security guard's reassignment request:
- From the Dashboard, select Mobile Dispatch.
- In the Patrol area, select Reassign Requests.
- Choose Decline.
The guard will receive a notification that the request was rejected.
If the Decline button does not appear to the right of the request, it means the time period for the scheduled patrol has passed and the request cannot be declined.
