TrackTik has enhanced its Premiums functionality to allow you to pay a premium per shift or day to distribute allowances to your employees to cover recurring expenses. Requiring one-time premiums attributable to a shift or workday is also common in many other jurisdictions across North America.
Typical Use
For example, a premium may be necessary for uniform maintenance costs or if an security guard uses their personal mobile device to do work while on a shift, which an employer is required by law to cover.
Pay Run
You simultaneously create and associate a pay code with the premium, which appears as a distinct ad hoc item in your pay run.
