Certain constraints have been placed on the TTShift UI to address backend limitations.
Overview
Users of TTShift will have some reduced functionality if they receive over fifty Open Shift offers within a pay period. This is expected to manage backend limitations.
No filtering by skills, leave requests, or schedule conflicts
Once a user receives more than fifty Open Shift offers within a period, the shifts will no longer be filtered based on the recipients’ skills. The user will see all the shifts offered, regardless of necessary skills, whether they have a pending leave request that overlaps with the shift offer or are currently scheduled for another shift. However, users cannot take or request the shift if they lack the required skills or have a leave or schedule conflict.
The pay rate differential will no longer be displayed
Once a user receives more than fifty Open Shift offers within a period (whether they have accepted them), the pay rate differential for the open shifts will no longer be displayed.
Users need to be assigned to the site even if they can see shifts
Users must be assigned to a site to take an open shift, even if you have permission to view all shifts.
