Hot and fresh - here’s what’s new at TrackTik:
Guarding Suite
- In Dashboards > Operation Reports, we added an All Templates status drop-down menu. You can now see which templates are active and archived.
TrackTik SHIFT App (v1.1.2)
- Admins can now force password changes in the app. When a forced change is requested, mobile users see Password Change Required.
- If you go to Settings and select Break Management in the Backoffice Configurations area, any break management rules and conditions set up at the region level are now supported in the app. At the end of a shift, the employee sees a shift summary with applicable break exception reasons and can agree or disagree with the exception.
- Skills and attributes with the Licenses & Permits category are now visible in the app.
