Hot and fresh, here’s what’s new at TrackTik:
Back Office Management Suite
- In Settings > Holiday Groups, we added three holidays: UK New Year’s Day (Observed), UK Christmas Day (Observed), and UK Boxing Day (Observed).
Guarding Suite
- You can now filter expired messages for your sites in the Message Board area.
- We added a new permission in Client Portal Roles > Client Role. You can now expand the Employee folder and turn on or off the View employee’s phone number permission.
- When you create a report template and need to fill an employee-related field, it’s now possible to search for the employee’s name and ID and get back exact results.
