Learn about the features and fixes we released on August 31, 2023.

What’s new ✨

Hot and fresh, here’s what’s new at TrackTik:

Privacy Policy

We’ve given you more flexibility in customizing your reports to increase employee privacy. Configure the Privacy Policy in your portal settings to add any of the following information from the Employee Profile to the reports that are shared with clients:

    • Default: First Name + Last Name + Employee ID
    • Employee ID
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Job-Title
    • Email
    • Username

You can apply the policy to a Region and all its Sub-Regions by default or only apply it to the Sub-Regions you choose.

Lone Worker

We’ve added three great new features to Lone Worker Protection: the flexibility of having a new frequency-based configuration, the efficiency of creating regional defaults, and the added employee security of allowing employees to increase their check-in frequency.

  • Employees can now increase how often they can check in if they feel they are heading into more dangerous situations. Administrators will set a minimum number of check-ins (once per hour, for example), and employees can increase how often their safety is confirmed.

  • Depending on your needs, the frequency-based view can be configured at the portal level and applied to each site. Rather than manually selecting the times of your Lone Worker check-ins, you can choose how often in minutes, over what period, and which positions will be affected.

  • Set a default for your whole organization by applying a Lone Worker check-in frequency at the portal level or adjusting the frequency for individual sites as needed.
