Privacy Policy - Guard Identifier (Multiple) Bulk Settings

  • The enhancement in the Privacy Policy allows multiple employee identifiers to be set in bulk, ensuring better individual identification and increased user privacy.

Dispatch Timestamps - Hide the Username

  • As an enhancement to Dispatch TimeStamps, the username can now be hidden. Adjust this in Settings>Mobile & Dispatch>Show name in "Show Timestamps in Reports." This promotes user privacy and data protection.

Dispatch Timelogs - Permission Set

  • Enhancing the Dispatch Time logs, a new permission set for staff has been introduced, allowing them to create, edit, and delete job logs.

Report Templates & Incident Categories – Permission enhancement

  • We have enhanced the Create and edit custom reports permission to allow for field sorting when creating both Report templates and Incident Categories. This allows for greater organization and accessibility in report creation.

Panic Alert – Improvement of the Panic Alert Flow

  • This update introduces improvements such as renaming "Panic Triggered" to "Panic Alert," adding audible alerts, and displaying device location on the System exception ticket view. These changes enhance the overall panic alert flow.

HCM Integration – Independent Contractors

  • As an enhancement to our HCM integration, this feature streamlines the management and compensation of 1099 independent contractor individuals within a security company, enhancing clarity and compensation management.

Effective Date Management - Consolidated View of Position Bill & Pay Rates

  • This enhancement, part of Effective Date Management, offers a consolidated view of position bill and pay rates, simplifying rate management and ensuring accuracy.

Leave Management - Paid Time Off (PTO) Warning Messages for Shifts

  • This feature introduces warning messages for Paid Time Off (PTO) in shifts, helping users make informed decisions when scheduling.

Leave Management – Change the Entitlement Unit in a Leave Policy Item

  • This update lets users specify the entitlement unit (days or hours) in leave Policy Items, offering more flexibility and customization.

TrackTik SHIFT – Open Shift Optimization

  • This enhancement optimizes the management of open shifts by removing the skill-based filter when the number of open shifts available to a user exceeds 50. This ensures a more efficient and streamlined process for administrators and schedulers by reducing load times.

TrackTik SHIFT – Shift Unavailable Button

  • This feature allows guards to view all open shifts posted by admins without filtering. If an employee is ineligible, a "Shift Unavailable" button appears, ensuring server stability and a better user experience.
