What Is ReportPro AI for?
AI ReportPro is an assistive tool. It helps improve the quality of your reports, but it doesn’t replace human judgment. You are still responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving everything before using it for operational or legal purposes.

How is your data handled? 🔐
We take data privacy seriously. Here’s how your information is protected:
- Storage: Your prompts and AI-generated content may be stored securely in encrypted Amazon S3 buckets. This information is kept for audit and legal purposes only.
- Retention: Data is kept only as long as necessary and deleted in line with privacy laws.
- No Peeking: Neither Trackforce nor AWS reviews your content.
- No Sharing: Your data is never shared with other customers or third-party providers.
- No Training Use: Your inputs and outputs are not used to train any AI models.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
You also retain full rights under laws like GDPR to access, correct, or delete your data.
How do you enable It?
ReportPro AI is off by default.
To use it:
- Go to the Region where you want to activate it
- Turn on two features -> Report Field AI Enhancer & Report Summary.
What about EU AI act compliance?
Trackforce is committed to meeting the requirements of the EU AI Act.
This includes:

- Risk management and monitoring systems.
- Clear disclaimers and labels, where needed.
