View Break Log Exceptions

You can view break exceptions during scheduled shifts. If there's an exception, a red flag icon will appear.

  • From the Dashboard: Choose Schedules & Attendance > Time Approval.
  • From the Sites Overview: Choose Timesheets.
  • From the Employee List: Choose Timesheets.

You can view break-log exceptions during scheduled shifts if there's an exception.

  • From the Dashboard: Choose Operation report > Work exception.
  • From the Account: Choose Operation report > Work exception.
  • From the Employee Profile: Choose Work exception.

If there are break exceptions (longer breaks, shorter breaks, missed breaks), the automatic shift approval feature will still approve the shifts.

 

Break Summary Report


You can view the Break Summary Report once a shift has been completed. During a shift, an exception will be created if the user disagrees. In addition, when the user clicks on "disagree," they must provide a reason "why" they disagree.

 

If there's a break exception during a scheduled shift and the user agrees with these exceptions, the system will save this agreement, as shown in the screenshot below.
