At TrackTik, we regularly release new versions of Data Lab. If you experience any problems after a release, clearing your cache may help. This article gives you resources to help guide you through clearing your cache.
Before you start
Here are some things you can do before you start:
- Go to your browser and open a new private or incognito window. If your problem is gone in the private or incognito window, then we recommend clearing your browser cache.
