Terminate an employee

To terminate an employee:

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Filter the list of employees by name or other criteria, if desired.
  3. Select the employee you would like to terminate or click View.
  1. Select Terminate.
  1. Enter the last day of work.
  2. Enter the reason for employee termination.

Select from the following reasons:

  • Extended Leave
  • Other
  • Poor Performance
  • Resigned
  • Terminated for Cause

7. Enter comments.

8. Save

When you terminate an employee, you will vacate all of their upcoming shifts.
