Overview
You can set many configurations at the portal level, which will apply to the portal's sites, zones, and departments.
Portal configurations can be overridden or combined with features you can configure at the Site or Zone levels to enable greater flexibility. You can configure them in On Site Features.
Adjust On Site Features for a Site
- Select Sites (Client)
- Choose the site where a feature needs to be activated or deactivated.
- Click View
- Select the Security and Patrol tab.
- Select On Site Features.
- Adjust the features On or Off as necessary.
Adjust On Site Features for a Zone
- Hover over Sites (Client)
- Select Site Zones (Groups)
- Choose the zone where a feature needs to be activated or deactivated.
- Click View
- Select the Security and Patrol tab.
- Select On Site Features.
- Adjust the features On or Off as necessary.
