Assign Employees To Sites
Assign employees to the site under the Assigned Employees tab.
Before You Begin:
Create the employee/user profile: People > Add User (or Employees). Complete the required fields and click Save.
Grant Site Access: Assign employees from the user profile or from the site.
From the User Profile: Open the user > Access or Assignments tab > Add Site > choose the site(s).
From the Site: Sites > select site > Team/Assignments > Add Employee > choose the user.
Scheduling vs. Access: Assigning a user to a site for access is separate from creating a schedule. If the user must clock in or work shifts, also add them to the schedule at that site.
Verify Access: Ask the user to sign in. The assigned site should appear on the user’s dashboard and in navigation. If the site is missing, confirm the On-Site license/module is enabled for the site and that the user’s role has permission to view the On-Site dashboard.
Select Assign Employee to assign an employee to the site.
Filter by Skills: Begin typing a skill to filter employees.
Select Employee: Type an employee’s name to assign the employee to the site.
Start Date: Select the employee’s start date at the site.
Click Save to assign the employee.
Assign Employees In Bulk
Select the sites to whom you would like to assign the bulk change and click the Bulk Change button.
You can also assign employees to sites in bulk. To do this, follow the steps below:
To bulk assign employees to sites, zones, or departments, select the Assign To Site or Zone option and click Save.
Begin typing the site name, zone, or department where you would like to assign the employees. Select the entity from the list and click Save.
Confirm that you would like to apply the changes by clicking Save.
You will receive a message that the operation succeeded. Select Save to complete the process.
