Overview
When GPS is enabled on a mobile device used at a Site or Zone, the device will ping, and you can see the users' positions in real-time. Accessing History Tracks from the site will give you the geolocations of staff using devices at that site.
Access History Tracks
Follow the steps below to access History Tracks.
- Click on the Security & Patrol tab.
- Select History Tracks.
- Click on a GPS ping to get more information.
- This opens a pop-up window containing information on the device's location and activity.
Note: The time displayed for the user tracks is based on your system's time zone settings.
