To handle shift replacements, you can either do so under Vacant Shifts or do so from the shift tile.
The Shift Tile
Under the Schedules and Attendance Tab, or from within the Schedules tab at the site or the employee file, click on a Shift tile.
You will now be able to select guards who meet the criteria you select. Follow the steps under Select the Officer(s) to receive the Offer.
Begin by locating all the current vacant shifts. Do this directly from the Schedule Dashboard or by clicking on the Vacant Shifts button to your left:
Dashboard > Schedules & Attendance > Vacant Shifts
From the Vacant shifts panel, select the Lookup Employees button associated with the desired shift.
