📽️ How to Import Report Templates

TrackTik offers a series of Default Report Templates you can import to your portal instead of creating new ones from scratch. These default templates can help streamline the implementation of your TrackTik portal and provide immediate reporting capabilities.

Importing Report Templates

1. You can select the type of report you would like to import from the list below and open the link.
2. Highlight the entire string of characters at the bottom of the report section. Then, copy the string by right-clicking your mouse or pressing CTRL+C on your keyboard. Make sure to copy every character when you copy the text.
3. Return to your TrackTik portal and go to the Settings page.
4. From here, click on Report Templates.
5. Click the Import Template Package button and paste the entire string into the pop-up window.
6. Click on the Save button to complete the import of the report template. When pasting the string, make sure to paste every character.
