Creating jobs and runsheets

This guide explains how to create and manage runsheet jobs and runsheets, including how special calendar days affect scheduling.

With the introduction of Calendar Functions, the UI provides a simplified and structured flow for configuring runsheet jobs and full runsheets.

How to create a runsheet job

 

Step 1: Navigate to Schedule Template

Go to: Site → Mobile Dispatch → Schedule Template.

 

Step 2: Create a new job

Click +Schedule job type to begin creating a job.

 

Step 3: Enter job details

Fill in all required fields in the Details tab, then continue to the Schedule tab.

Step 4: Enter the job schedule

Specify day‑by‑day scheduling and click Next.

Step 5: Add special calendar days (optional)

You can attach special day rules to this job:

  • Click + to add a special day type.
  • Add multiple special day rules if needed.

Select how special days should affect the job:

  • Implement based on schedule — overrides normal schedule times with special‑day timings.
  • Do not implement — job is skipped on the special day.
  • Implement based on holiday — job runs only on designated holidays/weekends.

Step 6: Save

Click Save to finalize the job.

 

Viewing special days added to a job

To view the special days configured for a specific job:

  1. Click the job icon in the calendar view.
  2. Open the Time Adjustment tab in the right panel.

 

Editing, canceling, or adding more special days to a job

  1. Click the "i" icon in the calendar view.
  2. Use the pen icon to edit.
  3. Select Add day type to add more special days.
  4. Use Cancel to cancel the job.

 

How to create a runsheet

 

Step 1: Navigate to Runsheets

Go to: Zone → Run Sheets → Run Sheets tab.

Step 2: Create a new runsheet

Click +Create runsheets.

Step 3: Enter runsheet details

Complete the form and click Next.

 

Step 4: Add special calendar days (optional)

As with jobs, you may add multiple special day types and define how they affect the runsheet schedule:

  • Implement based on schedule
  • Do not implement
  • Implement based on holiday

Step 5: Save the runsheet

Click Save.

 

Viewing special days added to a runsheet

  1. Open Details of the runsheet.
  2. Go to the Time Adjustment tab.

 

Editing or adding more special days to a runsheet

  1. Open Details of the runsheet.
  2. Click the pen icon to edit.
  3. Select Add day type to include additional special days.
