Subscribe to and view Calendar Groups

What’s this about?

Once the Calendar Group appears at the regional level, then you can publish or subscribe to Site or Zone level. This way, you can manage special days in a seamless and centralized way.

You can also view the content of the calendar group at either the Site or Zone level.

 

Site level

How to subscribe to Calendar Groups and view special days

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Your Site Settings:
    • Go to Site → Settings → Defaults → Calendar Group

  2. Choose Your Calendar Group:
    • Select the appropriate Calendar Group for your site.
    • Click  Save Defaults.

  3. View Special Days:
    • Click on the Calendar Dates tab.
    • You’ll now see two tabs:
      • Closed days for site – for site-specific special day.
      • Calendar Groups – for special days from the subscribed group.
  4. Add Site-Specific Special day (Optional):
    • Go to the Site -> Calendar Dates tab.
    • Click Create closed day to add a custom closed day for your site.

 

Tip: If your Region already has a default Calendar Group, you can skip steps 1–2!

 

 

Zone level

How to Subscribe Calendar Group and view special days

Similarly to above, follow these steps:

  1. Edit Zone Settings:
    • Go to Zone → Edit → Calendar Group.
  2. Select the Calendar Group:
    • Choose the Calendar Group for your zone.
    • Click Save.

  3. View Special days:
    • Click on the Calendar Dates tab.
    • You’ll see all special days linked to the selected Calendar Group.

Tip: If a default Calendar Group is already set for your Region, you can skip steps 1–2 here too!
