Schedule tasks across weekdays, weekends, and holidays in one place.

We’ve simplified the process. Now you can: 

✔ Set schedules for all days in one view 
✔ Manage holiday overrides easily 
✔ Save time with fewer clicks

 

How to Create a Site Task Group

  1. Go to Site Site Tasks
  2. Click + Create Site Task
  3. Enter Details
    1. Fill in:
      1. Details tab: Name, description
      2. Schedule tab: Set your timings
    2. Click Next
  4. Customize Your Schedule under toggle:
  5. Weekdays
    • Same time for all weekdays (check box)
    • OR set individual times per day
  6. Weekends
    • Set one schedule for both days OR customize separately
  7. Holidays & Holiday Eves
    • Choose:
      • Single time for all holidays
      • OR set individual holiday times
    • Select how holidays affect tasks:
      • Implement Based on Schedule: Overrides regular hours 
        Example: Monday task (9 AM–5 PM) becomes 10 AM–12 PM on holidays.
      • Do Not Implement: Skips task on holidays
  8. Everyday Toggle
    • 🌟 Same schedule daily? Enable this to apply one time range.
  9. Save
    • Click Save

⚠️ Note: "Implement Based on Holiday" is not available for Site Tasks (unlike Runsheets).

How to View Scheduled Tasks

  1. Click the Site Task on your calendar
  2. In the right panel, select View Schedule
  3. Go to the Instances tab

How to Edit a Site Task Group

  1. Click the Site Task on your calendar
  2. In the right panel, select View Schedule
  3. Click the Edit icon (✏️)
  4. Make changes → Click Save
