Logos
Use this section to upload company logos. Upload logos that will appear on invoices and reports, emails, and schedules.
Note: Standard configuration supports uploading logos for use on invoices, reports, emails, and schedules. Placing logos in specific positions such as both the top and bottom of reports or other generated documents is not supported as a standard feature. If this is required, it would need to be handled through custom development services.
If your organization operates in multiple regions or environments, each region may have its own branding configuration. Reports, scheduled emails, and notifications typically use the logo configured for the region that generated them. This can result in some areas showing the new logo and others showing the old one until you update each region.
Note: Logos may look different when the application is in light or dark mode. If the logo file has a transparent background (recommended), the app theme color shows behind it. In dark mode, the area behind the logo is dark; in light mode, it is white. This behavior is expected and does not indicate a problem with your file.
