Roles and Permissions

Access to the TrackTik Scheduling module depends on roles and permissions.

Admin portal role: When creating an Admin role, you will give one or more of the following viewpoints: Schedule Template, Site Schedule, Live Schedule. These views will provide the user access to every site/zone in the region.

Staff portal role:  When creating a Staff role, you will give the following viewpoints: Schedule Template, Site Schedule. This will be available through the Manager Dashboard; no On-site License is required. It will be limited to the site/zone the employee is assigned to.

Note: If an employee accesses TrackTik with an Onsite license, they can see your published schedules. You can also grant Manager Dashboard access to supervisors. With this access, supervisors can schedule guards for all their sites.

If a supervisor cannot view or print site schedules, complete the following checks:

1) Check the site’s On-Site License. Certain schedule views require the On-Site License to be active for the site.

2) Enable the On-Site License for the specific site.

3) Ensure the supervisor’s role includes permissions to view and print schedules.

4) Test by opening the site schedule and printing a sample.

Note: If the user only has On-Site License access (and not an Administrator role), they will not see broader Settings or some site links. Request Administrator assistance if higher-level access is needed.
