View and manage your mobile patrols from the Patrol Settings page.
Overview
In Patrol Settings, you can see all accounts with scheduled patrols and their associated patrol group. You can view and manage patrol jobs for the groups and confirm billing details.
Manage your patrols in Patrol Settings
To manage your mobile patrols from the Patrol Settings page, go to
- Select the Mobile Dispatch tab
- Choose Patrol Settings
The Patrol Settings screen shows details about your mobile patrols in the following columns:
- Account: The name of the site where the patrol is scheduled.
- Group Name: The name of the patrol group.
- Charge Type: The model used to charge the client for patrols.
- Rate: The rate charged for the patrol.
- Weekly: The number of scheduled patrols per week.
- Warnings: Issues that need to be corrected with the scheduled patrols, such as if a patrol isn't assigned to a runsheet.
- Zones: The zones where the patrol job is scheduled.
- Range: If the patrol job has a start and end date, it will be displayed here.
Choose from the following options to manage your patrol jobs:
- View Tour Dates: View the patrol schedule.
- Edit: Make edits to the patrol group.
- Set Up Patrols: Schedule patrol jobs.
- Red X Button: This will archive the patrol group.
