Pause and resume runsheets in Mobile Suite

Learn how to pause and resume runsheets in Mobile Suite.

Overview 

As an admin, you might want an employee to go to more urgent jobs or tasks. You can now pause and resume runsheets so your employee isn’t forced to finish their runsheet, which would result in all remaining jobs automatically being missed.

Before you start

Here are some things you must do before you start:

• Make sure you have the required roles and permissions turned on:
  
  1. Login to your TrackTik Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Roles/Permissions.
  3. Choose the level you want to turn the roles and permissions on for: admin or staff.
  4. Select the Mobileplus folder and choose one or both options:
     
     • Pause/Resume Runsheets
       Select to allow employees to pause their own runsheet.
     • Pause other user’s Runsheets
       Select to allow employees to pause another employee’s runsheet.

Pause a runsheet

To pause a runsheet in your TrackTik Portal:

1. Log into your TrackTik Portal.
2. Go to Dashboards > Mobile Dispatch > Runsheets Overview.
3. Select Continue.
   
4. Choose Save.
5. In the side panel, select Pause.
   
   

   To pause a runsheet, you must have the required roles and permissions turned on, and you also need to complete or postpone the task you’re working on.

6. In the Pause RunSheet modal, enter a reason for the pause in the Reason box.
7. Select Save.

The runsheet is now paused.

Use case for two employees working on the same runsheet
If employee A starts working on a runsheet and employee B pauses it, employee A gets a notification that says the runsheet is now paused.

In the Live Dashboard, you can also see runsheets that are paused.

Resume a runsheet 

To resume a runsheet in your TrackTik Portal:

1. Go to Mobile Dispatch > Runsheets Overview.
2. Use the date picker, search bar, and drop-down menus to filter and find your paused runsheet.
3. Select Resume From Browser.
   

If you want to see why the runsheet is paused, select Info.

To download the pause and resume runsheet details, select the PDF icon.
