Back Office Suite 

Billing 

• We’ve added greater flexibility to your billing by adding Cost+% and Cost+ Flat Rate options. Learn more here.  
• You can now split shifts over billing periods. This ensures that guards are paid properly for affected shifts while our customers’ clients are billed correctly. Contact us to have it configured.

Payroll 

• Use TrackTik’s new Employee Matrix for additional flexibility in payroll and billing. Learn more here.
• We’ve added new flexibility in Shift Overtime to address the needs of our clients in Colorado. Contact us to have it configured. 

Scheduling 

• We’ve added greater flexibility in managing multiple shifts by introducing batch actions in the Live Schedule. Learn more here. 
• We’ve also allowed you to select multiple shifts to approve them as a batch. Learn more here. 
• We’ve added a new Back Office Reports tab that allows you to view and download your Scheduling and Effective Date reports. Contact us to have it configured.
