Block the assignment of employees with expired Hard Skills
- With this feature enabled, employees with expired Hard Skills (for example, a firearms license) are blocked from being assigned to shifts. Learn more here:
Improvements to Ad hoc items in Payroll and Billing
- We've added a separate check field to Payroll Ad hoc Earnings.
- Users can now specify sub-types for ad hoc billing items (Regular, Over Time, Holiday, or Double Time) and create a separate invoice. Learn more here:
Add timesheet details by employee to invoices
- A detailed breakdown of employees' scheduled shifts, clock-in and out times, and hours worked can now be added automatically to client invoices based on the billing cycle. Learn more here:
Midnight cutoff for billing at the Region level
- Users can now split shifts at midnight for invoicing and billing purposes. While internal teams can enable the feature at the portal level, we've added the ability for admins to adjust it at the individual Region level. Learn more here:
Improved Overtime Allocation
- Users can adjust whether overtime hours will be associated with primary or non-primary sites. Learn more here:
Billing Overtime Static Rate and Custom multiplier
- Users can now set custom billing overtime rates and multipliers at both the post and employee rate matrix levels. Learn more here:
