Hot and fresh, here’s what’s new at TrackTik:

Site & Zone Templates

  • Users can define on-site features at the Site and Zone levels by default. You can reuse templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Site Task Notifications

  • SMS/Email Notifications for Managers – Managers can now create task notification rules and receive them by SMS or Email.
  • Mobile Push Notifications for Security Guards – Reminders can now be sent ahead of a task’s start time.

Earnings Premium

  • Earnings Premiums are a type of pay that Employees can receive on top of their regular earnings based on certain conditions or criteria. For example, an employee may receive a health and welfare credit, a prevailing wage, or a uniform allowance as an Earnings Premium. ​
  • You can set up and manage this feature in Back Office. You can create and apply Earnings Premiums to Employees and Positions and export them to your corresponding Third-Party Payroll or HCM [i.e., Paycor] for payroll processing.

Meal Break Penalty

  • The Ad Hoc premium value can now be adjusted to a time value (in minutes) rather than a dollar value.

Split Invoice percentage

  • Split invoice percentage clarifies how costs are distributed among different clients.

Override Hard Skill requirements when scheduling

Rounding of Employee Clocked Shifts

  • A Back Office Default that rounds clocked shifts to the nearest 3, 5, 6, 10, or 15 minutes.
  • This default applies to individual and batch-approved shifts for the entire region.
