Bluetooth button for Panic Alert
- Mobile users can pair an external Bluetooth button with their mobile devices to trigger a Panic Alert.

Skills and certifications from HCM
- HCM Certifications have now been added to the Skills and Attributes screen. This pulls certifications created in the HCM (Paycor) and allows tracking their expiry in TrackTik.

Improved Payroll and Billing Overrides in Time Approval
- Users can override an individual shift's Pay or Billing Rate and break hours down by Regular, Overtime, Double Time, or Holiday.

Nevada Overtime (Dynamic Workday)
- The concept of a Dynamic Workday is based on the start time of the first shift of the week. For example, if the first shift of the week starts at 8:00 AM, the 24-hour period will be from 8:00 AM to the next day at 8:00 AM. The baseline is re-established when an intervening rest period is 24+ hours.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring wages are aligned with this requirement.

Include subsites when filtering by account
- Users can now include subsites when using Type to filter by account on the Live Schedule, Batch Timeclock, or Time Approval screens.

New Multi-site and Site icons on the Live Schedule
- Users can quickly distinguish between parent multi-sites and their child sites when filtering the Live Schedule by multi-site.

IVR safelist
- Admins can now configure a list of authorized call from phone numbers.
- Blocks calls from phone numbers that aren't on the list and generates an exception ticket.

Contracted Hours Report
- Adds contracted hours and Schedules to the contract creation process.
- Creates a report in Data Lab that displays the Contracted hours at a site vs the Actual worked hours.

Edit Shifts permission for Staff roles
- With this permission enabled, managers with Staff roles can edit shift information for their managed sites.

Blended Rates
- Users can now apply Blended Rates to Regular, Overtime, and Holiday hours.
- They can also choose how the premium matrix is added to the Blended Rate.
