Within an employee's HR profile, you can establish This feature helps schedulers determine if an employee's hours for a specific period exceed or fall below a set threshold.
The "Override Min Weekly Scheduled Hours" feature alerts schedulers that an employee must have a minimum number of hours scheduled.
The "Override Max Weekly Scheduled Hours" feature alerts schedulers that an employee must not exceed a maximum number of scheduled hours.
These values are represented by the details found in Shift Replacement.
Goto a Schedule > Select a Shift > Replace
Note: This feature is solely for visibility and filtering capabilities. It does not prevent or obstruct an employee from being scheduled beyond the values set in their profile.
