Improving your patrols using best practices
The following best practices will improve the effectiveness of your patrols:
- Add additional site instructions.
- Add extra instructions specific to the job and the site
- Require a checkpoint tour to a job - the checkpoint tour will have to be completed before the patrol is complete.
- Change the grace period for a site job - Default is 45 minutes before until 15 minutes after
- Change the report template to one that is job specific.
