- Global, regional and site-level retention rules – Structure retention policies at multiple levels with clear precedence.
- Exclude Retention Policy options – Exclude certain regions or sites when compliance, operational or contractual needs require it.
- Field‑level PII classification & overrides – Mark fields as containing personal data in templates or after submission.
- Full auditability – Every GDPR action is logged, timestamped, and tied to the applied policy snapshot for complete compliance traceability.
- Right to be Forgotten (coming soon) – Support for individual data deletion requests.
