Release Notes – September 9, 2026

New

  • Post order version history: each save creates a snapshot, and authorized users can browse revisions and inspect past content in both the application and client portal.
  • Future termination date enforcement across scheduling workflows: blocks assignments, saving, publishing, and rollover beyond an employee's last day; automatically vacates future shifts; and surfaces warnings in employee profiles and schedules.
  • Scheduled employee termination management, allowing future termination dates to be set in advance and preventing employees from being assigned to shifts after their effective termination date.
  • "Net 28" payment terms at the contract level and in client billing defaults, with the selected term shown in contract information.
  • Conditional notifications for supported portals across North America, SSE, SSIA, AMEA, Global Clients, and Standardization.
  • Conditional fields for report templates, incident categories, and groups and libraries, with portal-level enablement controls.
  • Post orders created on a zone or multi-site can be propagated to all associated sites.
  • Lone Worker functionality in TT-Shift can be enabled per portal.
  • A new shift workday summaries endpoint splits hours at midnight, supports repeated daily refreshes, and avoids stale cached data.

Improvements

  • Search-based filtering for region lists, making portals with hundreds of regions easier to navigate.
  • Break Penalty Approval displays the associated penalty paycode, supports filtering by paycode, and exports filtered results to CSV or Excel.
  • Updated translations across web and mobile: German; Dutch panic and hazard terminology; Belgian Dutch asset-tracking labels and statuses; Norwegian report-template objects; and Polish asset-tracking terms.
  • Consistent employee termination actions: Overview now shows "Cancel Scheduled Termination," matching HR Profile when a future termination is scheduled.
  • Break-compliance data in the shift-summaries endpoint now provides expected, actual, unused, and extra break durations in seconds for meal and rest breaks, while retaining the existing minute-based values.

Fixes

  • Future termination now clears already scheduled shifts and shows a notification about affected shifts.
  • Conditional report template rules now apply correctly when creating on-demand reports from sub-regions.
  • Dispatch task assets now show checkout status in the asset tab.
  • Employee email addresses now sync correctly for new hires through the ADP connector.
  • Ad hoc payroll earnings retain their service account, allowing payroll amounts to be attributed to the correct account in analysis reports.
  • Site schedules no longer fail to load for affected sites.
