Middle Name Display

Employee middle names are now consistently displayed across the Schedule and Mobile Dispatch views. This improves clarity in employee identification and is also reflected in the full name field used by the API.

Paycor: NY State Weighted Overtime (WOT)

TrackTik now works with Paycor to calculate Weighted Overtime (WOT) correctly for New York State. While the base formula remains the same, the data is now formatted specifically to comply with the NY State paystub layout requirements.

Paycor: Alternate Employee Number Support

TrackTik now supports the Paycor Alternate Employee Number (AEN) for flat file exports. This field is available in the Employee Profile under Custom Fields.

Weighted Overtime Setting – VPN No Longer Required

The “Use Blended Rate for Overtime hours” setting can now be configured without VPN access.

ADP TT-Flow Integration Logs

A new audit/log tab is available for ADP TT-Flow integrations, allowing users to view sync messages directly in the payroll interface.

🧾 Billing

Bulk Approval of Vacant Shifts

New controls allow users to batch approve or exclude vacant shifts from billing. A contract-level setting is also available to automatically exclude vacant shifts.

Pay Code Label Permissions

New permissions allow admins to control visibility and edit access to the Pay Code Label field in Time Approval.
