AI-enhanced reporting
ReportPro AI is now available in the Portal:
- Report Enhancer: Refines user-submitted text using AI.
- Summary AI Button: Generates executive summaries for submitted reports.
- Audit Log: Tracks modifications made by users or AI enhancements.
This enhancement will be available on mobile platforms too, starting in iOS version 3.13.0 and Android version 5.14.23 of the mobile application.

Break summary report – clause suppression
A new global setting allows administrators to suppress the standard “Agreement” clause in Break Summary Reports. This gives clients flexibility to omit the clause when guards agree to their shift’s break summary.

Payroll enhancements
NY weighted overtime (WOT) support
TrackTik now supports separate overtime premium entries for NY paystubs when integrated with Paycor. This ensures compliance with NY labor regulations.

ADP NextGen integration
Support for ADP’s Next Generation API has been added, including dynamic company codes and improved position ID handling. Both WFN and NextGen versions are now supported.

Leave management
TT-Shift view only mode
TT-Shift users can now view their leave balances without the ability to request or cancel leave, based on permission settings.

Billing
New invoice terms
Two new invoice terms are now available during contract setup:
- Net 75
- 2/15 Net 45 (2% discount if paid within 15 days, otherwise full payment due in 45 days)
These terms support flexible payment arrangements for larger clients.

Hebrew language support
Hebrew has been added to the TrackTik Web Portal and CGA. The translated web platform is included in this release; mobile app release is coming soon!
