Clock-out confirmation
Gain access to a configurable end-of-shift workflow that requires guards to acknowledge shift completion.
This feature supports accountability and operational governance.
Key capabilities:
- Configure client-specific text that guards must review at clock-out
- Set acknowledgement methods based on accountability needs (none, signature required)
- Enable disagreement reasons for audit and reporting when guards decline to sign
- Available in both TrackTik Guarding Application (C&G) and TT-Shift mobile apps
Note: Feature activation requires assistance from Customer Success. Contact your representative to enable clock-out confirmation for your organization.

Enhancements
Message Board improvements
- Message Board tile on the dashboard is now clickable for easier access.
- Access to Message Board list containing all messages for the selected region is easier to navigate.
- Message state visibility is enhanced with color indicators and icons.

- New "View clock out confirmation" permission is located under "View scheduling reports"
- Note: Scheduling must be enabled for users to view clock-out confirmation data in activity reports
