What’s Required by NY State
New York mandates that employee paystubs show:
- Regular overtime pay
- Overtime premium pay (typically the extra 0.5x portion)
Instead of a single line showing a blended rate, paystubs must break out these components.
How TrackTik Supports This
TrackTik BOSS (Back Office Suite) now includes a setting that enables NY-compliant paystub formatting when exporting payroll data to Paycor.
New Settings
- Send Base Rate to Paycor
When enabled, TrackTik sends the base rate instead of the computed rate for each line item. - Show OT premiums separately from regular OT in payroll

When the setting is enabled and Weighted Overtime (WOT) is used:
