You can easily select an employee from the right-hand side of the dispatch screen. Select users who are nearby, select vendors, or select from a list of all employees
Select who will respond to the dispatch.
- Near By: The default view. This will show the menu for nearby.
- Vendors: This will show the vendor list to select a vendor for dispatch.
- Employees: This will show the employees that the dispatcher can dispatch to.
Map: This will show the location of the selected user in relation to the client.
Map Expand: This will provide a full-screen map view.
Filter Sets: The filter sets work with one another. Changing one will adjust what users you see.
Zone: Will show the users that are available to dispatch to. (Zone device license).
Note: This is the default filter. Other options available:
Site: Will show the users that are working at the site. (Site device license)
Clocked In: Users that are currently clocked into a device license.
Note: This is the default filter. Other options available:
Logged In: Users that are currently signed into a device license and not clocked-in.
Same Region: Users that are in the region that is being dispatched to.
Note: This is the default filter. Other options available:
Any: Users that are in any region regardless of the region that the client is in.
Close By: Will show the users that are closest to the site within a specific range.
Note: This is the default filter. Other options available:
All: This will show all the users regardless of the range.
User Information
- Name: Name of the user.
- Telephone Number: The telephone number of the user.
- Position: The position of the device license that the user is logged into.
- Hamburger Button: Selecting this will provide an additional menu to select different dispatching abilities.
- Assign to User: Will assign to the user.
Note: Selecting the user in the window will also auto-assign the user to the dispatch. Once the user is assigned in the assignment tab on the main display the dispatcher will be provided with the user name, employee ID and phone number.
- Assign to Position: Will assign to the users with the same position of the device license.
- Assign to Zone: Will assign to the users that are in the same zone.
Note: Run sheet name and completion percentage will also display.
Job Status Information
ETA: Approximate time and distance that the user is from their current location to the site.
