Asset Inventory Report

Overview

The Asset Inventory Report allows users to access detailed information about assets, including Account, Category, Model Type, Asset Name, Serial Number, Status, Date In, Date Out, Created On, Archived On, and Archive Reason. Users can filter the report by these attributes and export it as a PDF, CSV, or HTML file. The feature is available at all portal levels, including HQ, Region, Subregion, and Zone/Site.

Before You Start

  • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access to the portal.
  • Ensure the Asset Tracking module is enabled at the appropriate portal level (HQ, Region, Subregion, or Site).

Create an Asset Inventory Report

  • Log into the portal with an Admin role at the desired level (HQ, Region, Subregion, or Site).
  • Navigate to the Dashboards page and click the Asset Tracking tab to be redirected to the Asset Tracking space.
  • If you are not already at the appropriate level, select it (HQ, Region, Subregion, or Site) from the Account dropdown list to access the Asset Tracking space.
  • View the Asset Inventory Report section in the left navigation menu.
  • Click on the Asset Inventory Report section to be redirected to the report page.
  • Apply any necessary filters to narrow down the results.
  • Click the EXPORT button and select the desired format (PDF, CSV, or HTML) to download the report.

Next Steps

The exported PDF report is formatted and ready to share with customers.
