Learn how to create Bundles and add or remove Assets from Bundles.
Overview
Bundles are Assets that have other Assets. For example, you can have a group of key cards that belong to a single wallet or card carrier. The cards are Assets that belong to another Asset: the wallet.

Bundles group your Assets so you can manage them in bulk; this saves you time.
Create a Bundle
To create a Bundle, you must create an Asset Model Type and an Asset.
To create a Bundle:
- Create an Asset Model Type:
- We recommend the ‘Asset Model Name’ has the word ‘bundle’ in it.

Ensure you switch on the Contains other assets and Can be checked out toggles.

- In the Type drop-down menu, select the Asset Model Type from step 1.

In the Status drop-down menu, set the Asset to ‘Active.’

To see the Bundle, in the navigation menu, select Asset.
Edit a Bundle
To keep your Bundles organized, you can add Assets to or remove Assets from them.
Add an Asset to a Bundle
To add an Asset to a Bundle:
- In the navigation menu, select Asset.

Select an Asset that’s part of a Bundle.
- Choose Add Assets.
- Select the + icon.

In the drop-down menu, select the Asset you want to add.

The Asset is now part of a Bundle.
Remove an Asset from a Bundle
To remove an Asset from a Bundle:
- In the navigation menu, select Asset.

Select an Asset that’s part of a Bundle.
- Choose Remove Assets.
- Select the + icon.

In the drop-down menu, select the Asset you want to remove.
- Select SAVE.
The Asset is no longer part of the Bundle.
