Learn to change your user interface (UI) to a different language.

Overview

TrackTik is a global company, and we're increasing our language availability to meet those needs. You can change the language of your UI to make your user experience more meaningful and comfortable.

Change the UI language of the TrackTik Portal

To change the language of your portal:

Go to your TrackTik Portal domain.
From the language drop-down menu, choose a language.
Select Secure Sign-in.

Your portal is now in the language of your choice.

Change the UI language of the TrackTik Guard Tour app

The language of the TrackTik Guard Tour app depends on your mobile device's language.

If the language of your phone is supported in the app, the translated text appears. If the language of your mobile device isn't supported, the default language is English United States.

Change the UI language of the TrackTik SHIFT app

The TrackTik SHIFT app's language depends on your mobile device's language.

If the language of your phone is supported in the app, the translated text appears. If the language of your mobile device isn't supported, the default language is English.

Change the UI language of the TrackTik Kiosk

Changing the UI language of the kiosk depends on whether you're an admin or a security guard and if you have already set up your kiosk as an admin.

Before you start

You must set up TrackTik Kiosk UI languages before you can edit them.

Changing the UI language for TrackTik Kiosk as an admin

If you're an admin and you have already set up your kiosk and want to change the UI language:

Go to https://kiosk.TrackTik.app/.
Select the Cog icon.
Enter your login details and select LOGIN.
In the Preferred Languages drop-down menu, select the languages your employees can choose.
In the Default language drop-down menu, select the default language your employees see by default.
Complete the other required details and select SAVE CHANGES.

Changing the UI language for TrackTik Kiosk as an security guard

If you're an security guard and want to change the UI language of your kiosk, go to https://kiosk.TrackTik.app/ and choose a language button:

FR
French
ES
Spanish

The UI changes to your language selection.

Change the UI language of the Data Lab

To change the language of the Data Lab:

Go to your Data Lab domain and sign in.
Select the Initials icon.
In the Language drop-down menu, choose a language.

Data Lab is now in the language of your choice.
